As the proud leader of equally local and global organizations, my mission is to break systemic barriers with impact-driven pioneers.

I believe that long standing impact results from collective changes among a cohesive ecosystem — and I strive to implement the collaborative mindset of a systems entrepreneur whether I’m leading an organization, speaking and facilitating workshops, or representing the City of Austin and United States abroad.

I currently serve as a Director at the Global Entrepreneurship Network, Founder of Reimagine Society, and an Economic Prosperity Commissioner for the City of Austin. Each of these roles allow me to open up opportunities for underserved communities and tackle barriers stifling economic mobility.

Previously, I spent seven passionate years serving 3 Day Startup, Austin-born international development 501(c)3 nonprofit, — where I led the organization as the President and Chief Executive Officer at the end of my tenure. We made tech entrepreneurship accessible through 600 programs with 16,000 young leaders across 6 continents.

These organizations form the foundation of each system I hope to build, closely aligning with my roles as a World Economic Forum Global Shaper, Al Gore Climate Reality Leader, Stevens Initiative Global Ally, Fellow for The Shafik Gabr Foundation, two-time Alumnus of Impact Hub Accelerators, and U.S. Delegate for global organizations.

Looking to the future, I envision a world that’s regenerative, flourishing, and equitable.
